Today's control rooms are under significant pressure from multiple sources. The combination of rising levels of inbound calls against a backdrop of cutbacks and restructuring have increased the control room operator workloads, leaving them stressed, and often facing burnout.

Whilst we often look to technology to help solve our evolving challenges the fact is, current technology rolled out several years ago hasn’t been able to keep up.
